This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights when cancelling a parking booking made through https://bcfcmatchdayparking.co.uk.
By placing a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
All bookings are for matchday parking only and are reserved spaces.
Once booked, we secure that parking space for you and turn away other customers — therefore:
✅ Refunds are only available under the conditions below
❌ No refunds for no-shows or late arrival
2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
2.1 Cancellation Window
- Full refund available if cancelled 48 hours or more before the match
- 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before the match
- No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the match
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on the matchday or arrive after your booked time:
No refund will be issued
This is because your space has been held exclusively for you.
4. Late Arrival
If you arrive later than the booked slot and parking capacity is full:
No refund will be provided.
Please arrive early on matchdays to avoid congestion issues.
5. Incorrect Booking Details
If you enter incorrect information during booking (e.g., date, vehicle details), no automatic refund applies.
We will attempt to assist with corrections where possible.
6. Club Match Postponed or Rescheduled
If Birmingham City FC reschedules a match:
Your booking will automatically move to the new date — no fee.
If you cannot attend the new date:
✅ You may request a full refund
7. Match Cancelled
If the match is completely cancelled (not rescheduled):
✅ You will receive a full refund
8. Parking Location Closed by Us
If we must close a parking site due to:
- Safety issues
- Operational issues
- Emergencies
We will offer:
✅ Alternative parking or
✅ Full refund
9. Vehicle Issues, Traffic & Travel Disruptions
We do not provide refunds for:
- Traffic delays
- Road closures
- Public transport issues
- Vehicle breakdown
- Personal circumstances preventing attendance
These are outside our control.
10. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
5–10 working days
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
