Parking Rules

Keeping Matchday Safe, Smooth & Stress-Free

To make sure every supporter enjoys a smooth arrival and departure, please follow these simple parking rules. They help protect your vehicle, our staff, other fans, and the community around St Andrew’s. By parking at any Birmingham City Football Club Matchday Parking site, you agree to the following conditions.

General Rules

  • Follow all staff directions and signage

  • Park only in designated bays and marked areas

  • Display your booking confirmation when asked

  • Vehicles must be parked responsibly, within a single bay

  • Keep access routes clear at all times

  • Follow any posted safety and site-specific instructions

  • Speed limit within car parks: 5 mph

Booking & Payments

  • Pre-booking is recommended at all sites

  • Frederick Cooper is pre-booking only (no payment on entry)

  • Booking is confirmed once RingGo payment is completed

  • Payments accepted via RingGo app, website or automated phone

  • Drivers must provide accurate vehicle registration details

Opening Hours

  • Sites open 3 hours before kick-off

  • Sites close 1 hour after full-time

  • Please return to collect your vehicle before closing time

  • Gates re-open 15 minutes before the final whistle for early returners

Vehicles left after closing may not be accessible until next operating period.

Vehicles & Safety

  • Only road-legal, insured vehicles permitted

  • No commercial trading or tailgating activities

  • No sitting on walls, gates, or barriers

  • Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited

  • Headlights off when parked — no engine idling

Behaviour

  • Respect staff, fans, and local residents

  • No loud music, nuisance noise, or anti-social behaviour

  • Alcohol consumption and smoking within parking areas are not permitted

  • Litter must be disposed of in bins provided

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if behaviour puts others at risk or causes disruption.

Security & Liability

  • All sites are staffed and monitored during operational hours

  • Ensure your vehicle is locked and valuables are removed

  • Parking is at the owner’s risk — we do not accept liability for loss or damage unless legally required

Clean Air Zone (CAZ)

  • Martell Timber is located within Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone

  • Drivers are responsible for checking and paying any CAZ charges

  • Check your vehicle here: https://www.gov.uk/clean-air-zones

Failure to Comply

Failure to follow parking rules may result in:

  • Refusal of entry

  • Removal without refund

  • Vehicle access restrictions

These rules are in place to ensure a safe, smooth, and positive matchday experience for every supporter.
