We provide pre-booked matchday parking services near St Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park, Birmingham.
We are an independent parking service provider and are not the football club.
2. Parking Service
We provide access to parking spaces for matchday use only.
You Agree That:
- Parking is for the times and dates booked only
- Your booking is valid only for the selected location
- You must display or provide booking proof upon arrival if required
- You must follow signs and staff instructions
Failure to follow instructions may result in refusal of entry without refund.
3. Booking Process
A booking is confirmed only when:
- Full payment is received, AND
- You receive a confirmation email
Please check your email (including spam folder).
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown at the time of booking.
We accept secure online payment via our approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe / PayPal).
We do not store card details.
5. Arrival & Parking Rules
You must:
- Arrive within your booked time window
- Park only in designated bays
- Lock your vehicle and remove valuables
- Follow all safety rules on-site
Late arrival may result in lost space with no refund.
6. Vehicle Safety & Liability
We take reasonable steps to provide a safe parking environment, however:
- All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage or contents left in the vehicle
We do not provide insurance for your vehicle.

Summary:
- Refunds are available only within the specified policy timeline
- No refund for no-shows or late arrivals
- Matches rescheduled by the club — valid bookings are moved to new date
- Matches cancelled — refund offered
8. Behaviour & Safety
We may refuse entry or ask you to leave if you:
- Act abusively towards staff
- Cause disturbance or damage
- Do not comply with parking instructions
No refund will be issued in such cases.
9. Accessibility & Disabled Parking
Designated disabled bays are available at select locations.
Blue Badge may be required for verification.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for:
- Stadium closures
- Road closures or police diversions
- Severe weather
- Delays caused by traffic or accidents
If we must close a parking site, we will offer alternative parking or refund.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse our website
- Attempt to bypass security
- Copy or misuse our content
We may suspend your access if these terms are breached.

We collect and handle your information under UK GDPR.
